I've been working out since the summer of 2023. I started lifting to improve my confidence and health, and quickly fell in love with the benefits it brought to my life — major improvements in my mood, energy, and self image. I love helping others achieve their goals and see positive changes in their lives.
I'm currently a student at Brigham Young University studying entrepreneurial management and will graduate in the spring of 2027. Outside the gym, I enjoy skiing, watching Buffalo Bills and BYU Football games, and eating sushi.
